IR-Based Security Alarm System – Paper Circuit Project Abstract: The IR-Based Security Alarm System is a compact and low-cost electronic security device designed using paper circuit technology. It uses infrared (IR) sensing to detect unauthorized entry or movement. When an object or person interrupts the IR beam between the transmitter and receiver, the system immediately activates an alarm buzzer or LED indicator, alerting users to a potential security breach. This model replaces traditional printed circuit boards with copper wire on paper, making it safe, eco-friendly, and ideal for educational demonstrations. The project is especially suitable for school science exhibitions, STEM learning, and beginner electronics training. The system operates on a low-voltage power supply and does not require soldering, ensuring ease of construction and maintenance.
