Automatic Street Light Control – Paper Circuit Project Abstract: The Automatic Street Light Control System is an energy-efficient lighting solution designed using paper circuit technology to demonstrate automatic control of street lights based on ambient light conditions. The system uses a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) to sense surrounding light intensity and automatically switches ON the street light during night and OFF during daytime, without any manual operation. This project replaces conventional printed circuit boards with copper tape on paper, making it low-cost, safe, and environmentally friendly. A transistor switching circuit ensures reliable operation while operating on low voltage power supply. The model clearly explains how automation and sensor-based control can reduce energy wastage in public lighting systems. The project is ideal for school science fairs, STEM education, and basic electronics learning, offering a practical demonstration of real-world energy conservation techniques. Package Includes: 1 Piece – Automatic Street Light Control (Working Project Without Battery) Note: Project Image only Illustration Purpose. The project may be the same or maybe an improved Version. We only provide batteries when students pick up their projects from our lab. Batteries aren’t included in shipped orders because our shipping partner doesn’t allow them.
